It is with reverence that the subject of the person of the Lord Jesus must be approached. It is beyond my capabilities to explain or comment on the Beloved Son other than to summarise a few characteristics from the pages of Holy Scripture.
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)
The Eternal Son
"In the beginning was The Word, and The Word was with God and The Word was God" (John 1:1)
"I was set up from everlasting...Then I was by Him, as one brought up with Him: and I was daily His delight, rejoicing always before Him;" (Proverbs 8:23,30)
All things exist by Him
"All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made" (John 1:3)
"Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds;" (Hebrews 1:2)
"But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by Him." (1 Corinthians 8:6)
"And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:" (Ephesians 3:9)
The Lord Jesus Became Man
"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth" (John 1:14)
"Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have." (Luke 24:39)
Sinless Impeccability
"In Him is no sin" (1 John 3:5)
"He knew no sin" (2 Corinthians 5:21)
"Who did no sin" (1 Peter 2:22)
"...the prince of this world cometh and hath nothing in Me" (John 14:30)
The Lamb Slain...my Saviour
"...the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world." (Revelation 13:8)
"God will provide himself a lamb" (Genesis 22:8)
"The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world." (John 1:29)
"...He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter..." (Isaiah 53:7)
"Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold...But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:" (1 Peter 1:18,19)
Sin Offering
"Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise Him; He hath put Him to grief: when thou shalt make His soul an offering for sin..." (Isaiah 53:10)
"For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him." (2 Corinthians 5:21)
The Lord Rose Again from the dead the third day

"He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay." (Matthew 28:6)
He's now in the Glory seated at God's right hand
"Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him" (1 Peter 3:22)
"But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;" (Hebrews 10:12)
"Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:" (Hebrews 1:3)
He's Coming Again
"..I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." (John 14:2,3)
"For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." (1 Thessalonians 4:16,17)
The Righteous Judge
"Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do." (Hebrews 4:13)
"...until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts" (1 Corinthians 4:5)
"Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead." (Acts 17:31)
